About us

Gold Barn Caramels wouldn't exist without my mother, also known as Grandma Pat. She's been making caramels for 50 years and shared her recipe and technique to her children. We're grateful to offer the next generation of her caramels to all of you. 

Grandma Pat is infamous for signing the cards she gives to her grandchildren simply with a "GP". With every box of Gold Barn Caramels, we honor my mother with a similar tradition and stamp each tag with "GB".
